Dear Parents,

Please find appended below the dispersal plan to be followed with effect from the academic session 2018-2019 : 

• The following school timings will be effective from Monday, 02 April 2018 : 

• Reporting time for students is 07:30 a.m.  
• DW-route buses will ply on their normal routes. J-route buses will ply only in the afternoon. Details of DW and J-route buses for the academic session 2018-2019 are available on the school website.
• If your ward travels under own arrangement, kindly make sure that your ward does not reach school before 07:00 a.m. as the school gates will open at 07:00 a.m. only. Also note that students arriving after 07:30 a.m. will be sent back home. 
• In case your ward is travelling by a commercial/private van:-

1. Please furnish the details of the Van driver as well as Van Owner (if separate) on  05 March 2018.
2. The details should include the name of the driver, contact details, vehicle registration number and type of vehicle etc. Please ensure that the credentials of the van driver /  van owner are verified before submitting it to the class teacher.
3. If the van driver of your ward gets changed, please intimate the class teacher on priority. Also, furnish the details of the new driver immediately.

Kindly note : 

• From the forthcoming academic session, parents / guardians / personal drivers / van drivers will not be permitted inside the school, both in the morning as well as in the afternoon.
• The students will be handed over to them as per the following arrangement:

• It is further reiterated that the students will be handed over to the parents/guardians/van drivers at the specified gates after duly verifying the identity of the person authorized to pick up the child.
